![]() They seem welcoming and caring at first when you seem to want the membership, but once you want to cancel no matter how hard you try none of the employees help especially the managers (Ricc and Hailey) They wasted my money and time and the only solution I had to take unfortunately was to get my credit card company to block my monthly UFC transactions. I'm now getting emailed about my card is getting charge late fees since I'm not paying my membership. ![]() It made me tired of hassling to stop the memberhip charges i didnt want so i told my credit card company to block the charges. I spoke to other workers and they couldn't help me either as only the managers could help me regarding the membership. ![]() Sh e was just as incompetent as Rick, making excuses of how I have to pay even more just to cancel. I came back again to speak to someone in person with hopes of getting issue resolved. Absolutely incompetent, money greedy manager is all I say about Ricc. Waited over a month and no reponse from him nor corporate. Told me he would send my request to Corporate…I don't know why you just can't cancel my membership like other gyms rather than make up fake reasons to complicate canceling. Emailed one of the managers who was Ricc about canceling my membership.
